At Hertsmere Valley Care Services, Quality assurance is the cornerstone of our service to you, our client. We continually review and monitor our comprehensive internal quality assurance system

Our care workers are employed for their professional attributes, reliability, dedication, honesty and sensitivity. They undergo a comprehensive interview and they are screened for these qualities. Their references are checked by phone and confirmed in writing. All our care workers are given induction and instruction on all aspects of care and related procedures. Our care workers are monitored and supervised, and receive refresher courses and training on an on-going basis. We practice Equal Opportunities in all aspects of our business.

We provide remarkable induction training program in respect of the domiciliary care service is designed to meet, and where possible exceed, the National Minimum Care Standards, published by the Department of Health and Social care, monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with an outcome focused approach and a people oriented fashion. Further ongoing training, appraisal, supervision and support are provided as needed.
